Sorry about the long cartoon but multi-media covers so many things and everybody has an opinion - including us.

Multi-Media is just a buzz phrase used to describe something that features at least two merged elements which started out as individual elements before the process began...

Since we cover every possible single element elsewhere, we're not 100% sure what to say here...

We could repeat things (for the short-term memory challenged) and explain again how we mix audio and video, but you can see that on the Audio / Video page...

Similarly, we could tell you about creating graphics with animated rollover effects and other neat stuff, but you can see all that on the graphic design page...

We had to do something though because we've created a fun cartoon and need a multi-media page to show it...

So look at the essential table on the right...

This is a short list of the single media elements that can be used together to create multi-media. Either for a web site or a CD ROM or whatever you can think of...

If you want some really nice multi-media, please use our contact page to ask us about getting started. We're ready for what lies ahead.

Web Page / Site Design: The backbone for any good multi media platform is the html that surrounds it. It can enhance any multi-media presentation or it can make the same ones look average...

Behind The Scenes: Lots of stuff has to take place in the background for everything to work properly, from basic cgi programming to your Internet connection. Just because you don't see it doesn't mean it isn't present.
