Only a small but attentive crowd saw Johnny last evening, but a good night seemed to be had by all. Once again Dinga came on in support and knocked out a cracking 1/2 hour set that was full of humor and full of irony
JCC was at his best again. His set included The Day My Pad Went Mad, Martin Newell, Health Fanatic, Kung Fu International, (Haiku), Twat, Highwayman, Burnley, and rounded off with Beasley Street.
Plenty of top gags and close to the mark comment and a bizarre yet true story of a dodgy teddy bear factory in Manchester... far to complicated to go into but you get the great man to tell you the ditty. Not funny but fascinating.
